Our client wanted to make an online platform that connects all the freelancer professionals to deliver all salon and makeup services to customers at their convenient time and location. Our client came to Hyperlink InfoSystem with a fantastic idea, and we have turned it successfully into a reality. We have developed two apps as per the client requirement: Biased - for customers and Biased professionals - for professionals. When customer book services, it is necessary to sync all their orders with their device's inbuilt calendar. Moreover, we have to send a notification before an hour to remind them about their appointment. To maintain the overall app scenario and to notify the user regarding their appointment was a little bit tough. After some in-depth research, our developers managed such a complicated procedure with the implementation of Alarm Interface along with their custom algorithm.
To find a stylist was one of the major issues because it's necessary to assign a list of Professionals based on their availability on the same date, time, location, and services, which match the user's demand. An array of Professionals were sorted out based on their special availability, their special availability corresponding to the user location, and the date to resolve this issue. Our backend team managed this filtration through its custom filtration algorithm. This makes the entire process streamlined for both customers and professionals.
