Resiwood Winners' Circle is a mobile app designed to offer users a chance to earn reward points and for the team to carry out their work efficiently. Users can do online self-assessment and schedule KYC. After scanning the QR code of Astral Product, the user can earn points and later redeem the points for different gifts, transfer points to other users and redeem cash from earned points. Users can also participate in events and meetups created by team members. A team member can validate KYC details created by the user and save and manage multiple sites' project. Team members can add their shops, create events and meetups via the app, and can review the user's complaint.Â
Astral is one of the biggest Adhesives manufactures in India. They are manufacturers of PVC pipes, adhesives, sealants, putties, and construction aids. The company stands for its products' quality and reliability in this competitive market. They have a network of more than 1800 distributors all over the country for their products. They have 3 Large scale production plants throughout India, where a total number of 1000 Full-time employees. They are backed by their visionary founder, an Indian billionaire businessman Sandeep Engineer.
Astral Adhesives contacted us with the idea of digitizing their existing SMS based loyalty system that they have around 20,000 users who have used SMS and many coupons out there in the market. They wanted to create an easy-to-use app that would support both new and old coupon code solutions.
Hyperlink InfoSystem created detailed business requirement documents to cover each scenario, including a very complicated point to cash calculation solution. We also recommended clients for the KYC tool that they can use on the platform.
Once we signed off everything, we started working on a design for the app. We worked with astral's existing brand agency to make sure their brand is also shown in the app. We assigned a designer and one senior UI/UX person for this.
After the design part, we started working on the app to get the best performance. We choose native technology(Kotlin and swift), and for backend, we choose node.js based express framework. The entire app will work with JSON-based rest API.
We also created a team app that will work for the Astral salesperson to keep track of everything, which was also done in native.
To help manage this whole operation, we have a modern help desk system using PHP CodeIgnitor. This allowed quicker delivery by assigning two senior PHP developers to the project.
After completion, Hyperlink InfoSystem conducted a training program for crucial stakeholders to explain how they can use this system.
